Location: North West (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and brand culture? Our client, a well-established and fast-growing UK business with a strong retail and digital presence, is looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join their dynamic team.


This is a brand-new role offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their communications career. As part of an expanding team, you'll have the chance to shape the role, make a real impact, and progress into a more senior position as the function grows.


The Role

As Internal Communications Executive, you will:

  • Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy across all business functions.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns for key initiatives, events, and updates.
  • Manage and maintain content on the company intranet and digital signage.
  • Create engaging communications such as newsletters, presentations, and town hall content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal materials reflect the company's tone and identity.
  • Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of communications to drive continuous improvement.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in internal communications, ideally within a multi-site or hybrid working environment.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging content.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and email platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for brand culture.
  • A proactive, organised, and empathetic approach to communication.
