myLife Diabetes Care AG is a new, independent Medtech company specialising in the treatment of diabetes using advanced insulin pump systems. For our Technology Innovation Department, we are looking for an Intern Real-World Data Dashboard, for a 6-month internship, at our new Headquarter in Burgdorf.

Support us in bringing cutting-edge medical technology products to the market and providing the greatest possible quality of life for people with chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Support the team in designing and developing an internal dashboard to visualize real-world data from diabetes care
• Explore, define, and implement selected dashboard use cases; actively contribute to deciding which use cases provide the most value
• Prepare, transform, and analyze data to enable meaningful visualizations and insights
• Create intuitive and informative visual elements to support decision-making across departments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, collect feedback, and iteratively improve dashboard functions
• Document implemented features, analysis steps, and findings in a clear and structured manner
• Assist in daily operational tasks within the team and contribute to ongoing projects
• Continuously develop skills in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements for dashboard functionality or data workflows
• Ensure adherence to internal quality, documentation, and data handling standards

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (HF, FH, Uni), preferably in data science, engineering, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field
• Basic to solid knowledge in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Python, Pandas, Plotly, Dash, Matplotlib)
• Interest in dashboarding, real-world data, and creating tools that support decision-making in a healthcare technology environment
• Fast comprehension, structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
• High willingness to learn and develop new skills
