What you will do: - Apply Lean tools to optimize processes and improve site performance (Shopfloor management, Kaizen, 5S, OEE) - Conduct team problem-solving sessions (A3 and DMAIC methodologies) - Develop the Lean culture through standards updates and performance analysis What you need: - Student (Uni/HES/ES) - Professional experience: In the final year of industrial engineering studies or recently graduated and seeking first experience in production management - Teamwork spirit and strong analytical and synthetic skills, solution-oriented and meticulous - French (excellent knowledge) - German (a plus) What we offer you: FFB-Group compensates its staff based on a market-conforming X system.
