Intern International Trade (12 months) Vorwerk International & Co. KmG belongs to the German family-owned company Vorwerk that has been operating in Wuppertal for 140 years. From the strategic head offices in Wollerau SZ, the Kobold and Thermomix divisions are managed.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the area of International Trade. In this role, you will support us in coordinating shipments and deliveries as well as maintaining customer relationships.

More @ What are we looking for?

• Independent, end-to-end order processing from production to transport organization and invoicing (order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices)
• After-sales support; handling of complaints, creation of credit and debit notes, as well as backlog lists
• Participation in projects (product launches, IT projects)
• Support in planning activities
• Monitoring and coordination of on-time deliveries
• Recording and coordination of complaints
• Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• General administrative tasks (evaluations, statistics, etc.)

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• first experience in the field of import and export
• ERP knowledge, particularly SAP Vision R/3 and S4 HANA
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Customer-oriented thinking and approach
• Good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
