Position overview

Aventis Global Advisors is seeking a motivated and disciplinedindividual to join the firm as a front-end development intern. Thisrole offers structured, hands on exposure to digital developmentwithin a consultancy setting, where clarity, precision andprofessional standards are essential.

The internship is designed for candidates who want to move beyondtheoretical knowledge and actively contribute to real advisory,research and client-facing initiatives. You will support thedevelopment of digital tools, structured interfaces and interactivematerials that enhance how strategic insights are communicated and delivered.

Front end development

• Develop and enhance responsive web components using modernfront end frameworks
• Convert structured design systems and conceptual wireframes intoconsistent, functional interfaces
• Improve and maintain internal platforms, prototypes and digitalresearch tools
• Apply scalable, reusable component structures aligned withcontemporary development practices
• Ensure clarity, usability and logical flow across implemented features

Quality assurance and optimisation

• Detect and resolve layout inconsistencies, functional defects andperformance issues
• Maintain clean, readable and well-structured code in accordancewith internal standards
• Contribute to structured review and iteration cycles tocontinuously elevate output quality

Cross functional collaboration

• Participate in regular development check ins and align work withdefined priorities
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts and designers to interpretbusiness and technical requirements
• Support the transformation of analytical outputs into interactiveor visually structured digital formats
• Contribute to materials used in client facing documentation and presentations
• Communicate progress, challenges and implementation decisions ina clear and professional manner

Development and progression

• Strengthen practical knowledge of front end architecture, versioncontrol and structured workflows
• Explore relevant frameworks and tools under guidance from senior professionals
• Develop disciplined debugging approaches and systematicproblem solving skills
• Build a demonstrable portfolio of implemented components andcompleted assignments

Candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in computerscience, software engineering or a related discipline
• Familiarity with at least one modern framework such as React, Vueor equivalent is advantageous
• Understanding of responsive design principles and component based development
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistentimplementation standards
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently within defined timelines
• Professional communication skills suited to collaborative work environments
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
