Your Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documentation
• Conduct cost analysis and support project budgeting
• Manage procurement processes and cost control
• Identify and manage commercial risks
• Review and analyse tender returns
• Allocate work to subcontractors and manage valuations
• Prepare progress reports and manage payments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements

What You'll Need

• A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Previous experience as a MEP or Building Services QS
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
