Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

The client is an interdisciplinary building design consultancy that deliver Building Surveying services, Project Management, Integrated Architectural Design, MEP engineering and Facilities Management. You will be working for a leader in the provision of high quality, inspiring building design solutions across a range of sectors.The ideal candidate will undertake building services design for new installations, alterations and maintenance, working on a variety of buildings across the private and education sectors. The role offers excellent prospects for career progression together with training and experience for individuals to fully develop their potential.Responsibilities

• Responsibility for production of full building designs
• Client liaison and arranging of client meetings
• Management of project finances
• Development of Client relationships
• Appointing, coordinating and managing other consultants and contractors, both internally and externally

Requirements

• Preferably CIBSE but not essential
• Consulting/design background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCad
• Good project management skills, specification and report writing.
