Talent Acquisition Consultant - Interim Opportunity

Location: Hull / Hybrid
Duration: Initial 1-month contract
Working pattern: 2 - 3 days per week in the Hull office, remainder hybrid
Hours: 37.5 Hours a Week

Elevation HR are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a busy recruitment function on a interim basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of vacancies and provide immediate support to a team going through a period of change.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver against a varied workload across the UK and Europe.

You'll support with existing vacancies, new roles as they arise and help drive roles that have been open longer than expected through to successful appointment.

The role will include recruitment across Europe and the UK, with exposure to a broad range of positions including blue and white collar.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing through to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver against vacancies
• Source and identify suitable candidates through multiple channels
• Review applications and CVs and provide a strong candidate shortlist
• Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the process
• Support with new vacancies as they arise
• Proactively progress roles that have been open longer than expected
• Manage recruitment activity across multiple European markets
• Provide a high level of stakeholder and candidate service
• Work autonomously and prioritise effectively within a busy TA environment

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience working in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition / Recruitment environment
• Can manage a varied, end-to-end recruitment workload independently
• Is confident working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Has experience recruiting across multiple functions and/or European markets
• Is commercially minded, organised and able to prioritise
• Can quickly understand a business, its hiring needs and the roles they are recruiting for
• Is comfortable working at pace and making an immediate impact
• Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
