Interim Strategic Reward & Benefits Lead

Morgan Law is urgently seeking an Interim Reward & Benefits Manager for a Higher Education Institution in the City of London. This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.

The successful candidate will oversee critical reward activities, assist with the People Transformation Plan, and engage in salary benchmarking, executive remuneration, and pay gap analysis during an initial 3 to 4 month period.
