Interim Solicitor dealing with cross-border regulatory frameworks in Americas & Europe (AME).

• Governance, Investigations & High-Stakes Legal Matters
• Senior Stakeholder & External Advisor Management

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 8 years PQE
• Regulatory, corporate and commercial experience at senior associate level
• Strong leadership with experience in executing high impact projects
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in governance and compliance, with experience in FMCG, pharma, or other similar regulated industries.
