Job Description
Calling all Payrollers! Handle are currently working with a really interesting and successful consultancy brand who are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for a period of 6 months. This is a UK focused role the processes payroll for around 450 staff and it is crucial that the successful candidate will have strong ADP iHCM payroll expertise.
Key responsibilities include -
- Process payroll via ADP iHCM2, including data entry, calculations, and adjustments
- Support Payroll Managers in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll operations
- Address employee queries on pay, tax, and benefits professionally
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate records and compliance
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, including new hires, leavers, and leave tracking
- Prepare Certificates of Coverage for UK outbound expats
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Validate payroll data such as hours, deductions, leave, and benefits
Candidate requirements -
- Strong knowledge of ADP iHCM
- 3 years + experience in a similar payroll position
- Strong understanding of UK payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
- Proficient in Excel and payroll software.
- Experience with UK expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred
- CIPP qualification or equivalent is advantageous
