Interim Senior Pay & Reward Specialist - Local Government

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking an Interim Pay and Reward Specialist to provide senior professional expertise across complex pay, grading and reward during a period of organisational change. Lead on high risk pay and job evaluation matters and assure the integrity of outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of NJC schemes, sound judgement and the ability to collaborate with HR, finance, legal and Trade Unions to mitigate risk and strengthen governance around pay decisions.
