Interim School Improvement Consultant Primary SEMH School Northamptonshire

Day rate contract until the end of the academic year.

Panoramic Associates are working exclusively with a primary SEMH school in the search for an Interim School Improvement Consultant. The school is undergoing rapid improvement, with Ofsted expected soon.

We are looking for an experienced Primary SEMH leader who can provide high level strategic support, mentoring, and quality assurance to the Head of School. The role starts as soon as possible and requires 3-4 days a week onsite until the end of the academic year.

Key requirements

• Strong primary SEMH leadership experience
• DBS on the updated service
• Qualified teacher status (QTS)

This role is paid on a day rate basis with an expectation of 3-4 days onsite per week. It is an urgent requirement with imminent face to face interview slots available.
