Interim Resourcer

A Care Home based just outside Reading are searching for an interim resourcer to help assist with a backlog of recruitment.

This is an inital 2 month post, but will likely turn into a rolling contract.

Applicants must be willing to commute 5 days a week and be immediately available to start a new role.

The successful candidate will be expected to focus on sourcing candidates, running interviews, and leading onboarding.

Experience recruiting for Care Homes is a pre-requisite for this role, applicants without this experience will not be considered.
