Interim Project Manager Medical Devices

We are currently seeking a freelance or temp-to-perm Project Manager for an innovative start-up active in the development of medical technology. This assignment offers the opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-stakeholder project with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full development cycle - from planning and execution to regulatory coordination and delivery. You'll work with international teams and external partners to ensure project goals are met on time and in compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept to regulatory submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external development partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables across regions.

Your Profile

You are a structured and communicative project leader with strong stakeholder skills. You bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in medical device development.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and quality systems (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA).
• Experience working with external vendors and international teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
