Interim Opportunity 3-6 Month Rolling Contract £450-£500 Per Day Children's Residential South East

Leaders in Care are working with a well-regarded care provider to recruit an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for a 2-3 child home in Hampshire, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

This is a rare interim opportunity to step into a well-established, therapeutic service that focuses on creating a safe, nurturing space where children can feel supported, develop, and thrive.

The Role:

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small home supporting two children with EBD. You'll guide and support your team to deliver high quality care, making sure the home remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations and continues to improve.

Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years' experience as a manager in children's residential care
• Solid understanding of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection
• Experience supporting young people with EBD, LD, and complex needs
• Experience opening or developing services would be an advantage
