Description

• Check, review, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Edit and update content across various systems and platforms.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain content records and databases.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and organisation of marketing and recruitment content.
• Assist with content management activities to ensure information remains current and relevant.
• Provide administrative support across a range of projects and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver content-related tasks and project objectives.
• Contribute to wider business projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• Support marketing campaigns through the preparation and distribution of promotional content.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including the creation and updating of job adverts and candidate communications.

Profile

A successful Interim Marketing Assistant should have:

• Experience or education in marketing or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic design tools.
• An eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with copy writing.

Job Offer

• An hourly pay rate starting at £14.00 , dependent on the level of experience.
• 8 week Temporary role, which could potentially be extended, offering flexibility in a not-for-profit environment.
