Interim M&A Counsel - Hybrid (Reading or Dublin)

An international value fashion retailer in the UK is seeking a corporate/M&A lawyer for an interim role with a focus on complex transactions. You will operate autonomously, advising key stakeholders and leading due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of PQE and a UK or Ireland qualification. The position offers a hybrid working pattern and involves collaboration across multiple business functions.
