Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional, already working at an HR Business Partner level, to join our clients' organisation during a busy period.

The role will focus upon all areas of HR Business Partnering within a medium-large organisation:

• Employee relations
• Project work
• HR Policies and procedures
• Internal communications
• Interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights

Required experience & skills:

• Experience at HR Business Partner level, used to working closely with business leaders to implement and strengthen HR policies and strategies
• CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience
• ER experience
• HRIS experience
• Highly developed UK employment law knowledge and application of this knowledge into a fast-paced, growing business
• Strong communication skills across differing levels
