Interim HR Business Partner - Strategic Change & Union

A leading legal service provider in London seeks an experienced interim HR Business Partner to support senior leaders and drive organizational change. You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management, especially in complex, unionised environments. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified with strong HR experience and up-to-date employment law knowledge. This role offers hybrid working with a salary of £55-60k for a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months.
