You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management, especially in complex, unionised environments. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified with strong HR experience and up-to-date employment law knowledge. This role offers hybrid working with a salary of £55-60k for a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months.
