Interim HR Advisor: Lead People Strategy & Growth

St Helens College is seeking an interim HR Advisor to join the People Team on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, supporting a major organisational project. The role focuses on disciplinary, absence, and grievance management, with an emphasis on professional handling of sensitive situations.

You will build relationships with staff and managers, provide coaching on people management, and bring educational experience to enhance HR practices within the college.
