Interim HR Advisor

Position Details:

• Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026
• 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism.
• Building strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike.
• Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Bringing your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.

Requirements:

• Experience conducting disciplinary and absence management meetings
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding staff
• Experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Must not require UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship
