We offer hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office three days a week, and additionally as needed.

- Work with IT and Data teams to ensure accurate, accessible, and meaningful data systems support strategic decision-making and performance reporting.
- Lead on the procurement and management of maintenance contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, due diligence, and value for money.
About You:
At Brighter Places, we value and nurture talent, welcoming both experienced professionals and those with the right attitude and determination who are looking to get their foot on the ladder. No matter who you are, where you're from, or the journey you've been on so far, we'll welcome your unique experience and perspective - and help you find your brighter future.
For this role, we are looking for individuals who have:
- Degree-level standard education and/or relevant professional qualification or experience (e.g., RICS/RTPI/CIOH/RIBA/CIOB)
- Extensive senior-level experience in asset management, property maintenance, and compliance, with a strong track record of delivering strategic programmes, managing budgets, and driving value for money.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead multifunctional teams, foster high performance, and successfully deliver complex projects and change initiatives.
- In-depth technical knowledge of decarbonisation, stock condition surveying, building regulations, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to apply strategic asset management principles in a housing association context.
- Strategic and innovative thinking.
- Confidence in using data to drive performance and champion the use of technology and new ways of working across the organisation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
