Interim Head of Engineering-Transformation & Personalisation

Mindera is seeking a senior engineering leader for an interim assignment in London-based hybrid setup. You will oversee technical direction for Contact Centre Transformation and Personalisation, support two new Engineering Managers, and ensure delivery momentum while preparing a smooth handover to the permanent leader.

The role requires rapid onboarding, strong stakeholder management and a pragmatic delivery focus to stabilise the programme and governance across multiple partners.
