Job Description

• Lead the HR Partnering and Employee Relations team
• Line manage a small team of HR Business Partners, setting the vision
• Provide strategic support and complex ER case management to your client group
• Lead the strategic direction of the Partnering function
• Lead organisational change and restructures
• Represent the HR team for people impacted change programmes
• Continue evolving the strategic partnering model that was recently implemented

The Successful Applicant

• Previous strategic partnering experience
• Previous line management experience
• Available to start at short notice
