Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organisational goals, particularly in relation to data migration (Azure).
• Drive a comprehensive rationalisation of existing Applications estate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee the design and integration of scalable, efficient systems and frameworks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the architecture team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational performance.
• Monitor the effectiveness of current architectural solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on architectural projects and progress.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in leading architectural projects within a complex, global, technology-driven environment, at "Chief Architect" level.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of industry compliance standards and regulations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
