Interim Fleet Analyst £233pd

Location: Hillingdon (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

An interim opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Analyst to join a major, science-led organisation. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient Fleet operations and an outstanding employee experience within the Company Car Scheme.

You will be central point of contact for Fleet-related matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Fleet operations in partnership with preferred suppliers
• Act as the primary contact for employees within the Company Car Scheme, delivering excellent customer service
• Produce Fleet reporting including:
• Coordinate weekly HR data flow, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain surplus vehicle logs and proactively reallocate vehicles in line with company policy
• Support quarterly emissions and sustainability reporting
• Lead or support operational meetings with Fleet suppliers

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
• Proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau (desirable)
• IFCM (Institute of Car Fleet Management) qualification or equivalent (desirable)
