Your new role
As Finance Operations Manager, you'll lead a team to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations. You'll manage month-end close, deliver financial insights, and drive improvements in systems and controls. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll also support strategic initiatives and key audits.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in financial operations and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Snowflake SQL; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
