Interim Finance Manager, Dublin, Hybrid (12 month contract)

Barden are proud to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing organisation who are seeking an experienced, hands on finance manager to take ownership of management accounting, financial reporting, and operational support during a 12 month maternity cover. You'll lead a small team, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and play a key role in maintaining a strong financial control environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced setting and wants to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the Finance Team
• Oversee monthly close activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting and related analysis
• Deliver margin analysis, commercial insights, and monthly reports.
• Drive process improvements, support audits, and strengthen controls.

ABOUT THE PERSON

You will be a ACA/ACCA trained accountant (or equivalent) with 4+ years post-qualified experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced industry environment.

You'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting
• Proven experience managing or mentoring others
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• A practical, hands on approach with a collaborative mindset
