Senior Accountant - Legal - Day Rate

Your new companyI am currently working with a law firm that is looking for interim support to assist the finance team during a busy period for a short-term contract role. They are looking for someone to come in, play a pivotal part in day-to-day reporting and provide support to the wider finance team.

Your new roleYou will be responsible for -

• Assisting the financial controller with tasks including financial reporting, including statutory reporting
• Month-end and year-end processes
• Review and manage VAT returns
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Responsible for preparing statutory financial statements

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified ACA/CA/CAANZ/CIMA/ACCA with experience working in the legal or consultancy sector
• Experience with Statutory reporting
• Experience with WIP processes
• SRA knowledge would be ideal
• Financial reporting experience

What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive day rate. Required to be on-site 5 days a week in their London office but work alongside a great team. Central London location.
