- 6-9 month contract for a Charity in Oxford
- Hybrid working, 2 days office, 3 days home

Job Description
- Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's objectives.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and monitoring expenditure.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Lead and mentor the team, with 4 direct reports, to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the charity's audit and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to align financial planning with income generation activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial leadership within the Not For Profit or charity sector.
- Strong knowledge of charity accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing financial operations and leading teams effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
