Interim Finance Business Partner - Belfast City Centre

Seeking an interim Finance Business Partner role with a multi-award-winning social enterprise based in Belfast?

The Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role supporting various departments across the organization and act as a strategic advisor to facilitate data-driven decisions. You will partner with department heads to support financial planning and analysis, deliver actionable insights and recommendations, support business development, monitor financial performance, and host monthly/quarterly finance reviews.

The Person:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
• Experience dealing with external funding bodies and administering grant funding claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems and software.
• Proven initiative and proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a varied workload effectively.
