Job Description

An Interim Employee Relations Manager to:

  • Manage complex ER casework that are outstanding
  • Focus on sickness absence and high volume of grievances
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Provide suggestions and improvements on how to resolve challenges and processes
  • Coach and advise managers on casework and confidence in managing difficult situations to prevent escalation
  • Deal with cases in a timely and professional manor
  • Work at pace
  • Provide coaching and training to managers
The Successful Applicant

A Interim Employee Relations Manager with:

  • Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinarians
  • Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable
  • Previous HE or private sector experience
  • Strong data management and reporting ability
  • Ability to work at pace and in a commercial way
