Interim Domiciliary Care Manager - ASAP Start

Panoramic Care is supporting one of our highly valued clients, a Domiciliary Care Provider based in Scotland, to recruit an Interim Manager for one of their services starting ASAP, for a 6 month contract, paid on a competitive daily rate.

We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager with a good CI/CQC track record to provide leadership to the staff team. You will ensure the highest standards supporting day to day management of the service, oversee a small team and lead on Compliance and Business Development.

This will be a 5-day per week role, starting as soon as possible. A DBS or PVG is essential. If you are available immediately for an interim position and wish to explore this, please get in touch.

Requirements

• Experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager with a strong CI/CQC track record.
• Ability to provide leadership to a staff team and manage day-to-day service delivery.
• Experience leading on Compliance and Business Development.
• DBS or PVG is essential.
• Available for immediate interim position.
