Are you a seasoned expert in Social Housing governance and risk?

A small Housing Association (sub-1,000 units) is undergoing complex corporate change and requires immediate support to assess and strengthen governance and risk frameworks. This role will ensure continued compliance, long-term viability, and sound corporate oversight during a critical period.

We're seeking someone with deep expertise in Social Housing governance and risk, available at short notice. Engagement could be fractional, part-time or full-time; expected to last 3-6 months.

• Assess and strengthen governance and risk frameworks for a small housing association (sub-1,000 units).
• Ensure continued compliance, long-term viability, and sound corporate oversight during a period of corporate change.
• Provide strategic guidance on governance and risk management and support rapid onboarding.

• Deep expertise in Social Housing governance and risk.
• Ability to start at short notice; flexible engagement (fractional, part-time, or full-time).
• Experience in interim governance or risk leadership roles (preferred).
