Interim Chief People Officer - Culture & Leadership

White Glove is seeking an interim Chief People Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team during a pivotal phase, driving culture, performance, and leadership capability across the organisation.

The role leads the People Directorate, advances the digitisation of the people experience, and partners with the CEO on workforce planning, transformation, and financial stewardship. Hybrid working with travel to Cambridge and central London.
