Interim Campaign Lead (FTC)

Our client is seeking an experienced Campaign Lead to step into a critical interim role following the departure of their Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-profile campaigns, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver thought leadership initiatives during a period of transition.

£60,000 - £70,000 | Fixed-Term Contract | London/Hybrid

The Role

As Interim Campaign Lead, you will:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns - from planning and execution to reporting and optimisation.
• Partner with internal business teams (including Responsible Business/CSR leads) to ensure campaigns align with wider organisational priorities.
• Deliver thought leadership initiatives - producing and promoting content such as reports, articles, and event activity to position the brand as an industry leader.
• Manage approvals and governance - ensuring all campaigns meet brand, compliance, and senior stakeholder standards.
• Act as the go-to campaign lead during the leadership gap, keeping projects on track and stakeholders engaged.

About You

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. You will have:

• Proven experience in campaign management within a B2B or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills - confident working with senior leaders and navigating approvals.
• Experience delivering content-driven campaigns (eg whitepapers, thought leadership, CSR/ESG initiatives).
• Excellent project management and organisational skills - able to prioritise and deliver under tight timelines.
• A proactive, confident style - comfortable stepping into an interim role and making an impact quickly.
