An Interim Business Change Manager, to join a major public sector organisation at a pivotal moment of business critical transformation. This is a high impact role where you'll lead people centred change that delivers lasting value, not just short term fixes.

You will shape and drive enterprise wide transformation; cutting complexity, defining clear actionable steps, and ensuring new systems and ways of working are fully adopted.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading enterprise wide change portfolios.
• A blend of Public Sector and Private Sector experience.
• Strong stakeholder management ability, organisational alignment, and people & culture transformation.
• Hands on delivery of change planning, training, and communications.
