Hiring: Interim General Ledger Accountant (6 Month Contract)

We're currently partnering with a growing international business seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to support their finance team on an 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is confident managing core finance operations independently.

You'll work as part of a high-performing, international team and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting the month- and year-end close, and managing data flows between financial systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly general ledger entries, including accruals and amortisations
• Reconcile key accounts such as banks, intercompany, and payables
• Assist with VAT and tax booking accuracy and reporting
• Coordinate system data imports and ensure seamless integration into NetSuite
• Contribute to internal controls and support audit readiness
• Provide support across finance operations, including HR-related reconciliations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in GL accounting and financial reconciliation
• Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with ERP systems - NetSuite experience is a strong advantage
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working remotely and engaging with teams across different time zones
