What will you be doing? - Ensuring the proper execution of delegated medical acts and taking responsibility for them by demonstrating mastery of technical skills. - Being able to adapt to varying levels of complexity and/or workload. - Developing meticulous care to prevent and anticipate all needs. - Communicating and coordinating care within an interprofessional team and with the patient and their relatives. - Ensuring efficient nursing care based on scientific evidence and developing your skills. He is described as idealistic, paying particular attention to respect and trust. He is constantly seeking new development and improvement solutions. What do we expect from you? - Hold a nursing degree HES or equivalent. - Minimum of one year of experience in intensive care or able to manage stress in emergency situations. - Comfort in communicating and excellent ability to express clearly and appropriately. - Experience and versatility in various medical and surgical disciplines. - Sense of responsibility and demonstrate dynamism, rigor, precision, autonomy, and loyalty. - Scientific, technical, and human skills to work within a multidisciplinary team. - Hold a postgraduate diploma in intermediate nursing and continuous care (CPDSI).
