Integration Manager

Support planning and execution of integration and transformation initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to align deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Drive financial modeling and provide analytical insights to guide decisions.

Partner with leaders to manage change and stakeholder engagement.

Monitor KPIs, risks, and progress, escalating issues when necessary.

Prepare and deliver reports and updates to executive leadership.

3+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare administration, or related field.

Proven experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, or consulting.

Strong financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with healthcare operations or HIPAA standards is a plus.
