Integrated Planning Specialist Location: Techrete, Stephenstown Industrial Park, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin About Us

Founded in Dublin in 1985, Techrete is a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of architectural precast concrete cladding for the UK and Irish construction markets. We deliver a complete façade solution under one roof: in-house design engineering, offsite manufacturing in our factories in Balbriggan and North Lincolnshire, and our own site teams for installation. Our facades, from reconstituted stone and brick-faced panels to terracotta and natural stone, feature on award-winning buildings across Ireland and the UK.

About The Role

Because we offer full and inclusive design, production and installation to our valued clients, how we plan across our departments directly shapes how efficiently we deliver. As Integrated Planning Specialist, you will lead the development and rollout of a standard planning framework for the business: setting up the templates and data standards every project is planned against, training our site, production and design teams to manage their own schedules, and giving dedicated support where it is needed.

This is a strong intermediate role with a clear path to a senior planning position. You will set the standard for planning throughout the business, build capability within the existing teams, and ensure the flow of information to feed production facilities in a timely manner to allow for efficiencies across the business.
