As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the team's capabilities. Your focus will be on designing, delivering, and refining training programs across various platforms. By ensuring employees stay informed and skilled, you contribute directly to their success.

Facilitate training sessions for groups or one-on-one interactions.

Regularly review and update training materials in response to procedural changes and regulatory guidelines.

Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive team excellence.

Work collaboratively within established boundaries and independently when needed

Provide clear and concise feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in training delivery, ideally within a call centre or training environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to meticulousness.

Embrace change and adaptability.

What you'll get in return

Salary ranges from £22,000 to £26,500 DOE.

25 days' holiday per annum (Holiday buy and sell scheme)
