Job Description
NFU Mutual's Saffron Walden agency is hiring a Customer Service Adviser to deliver outstanding service to both existing and new customers. You will handle enquiries, process policy changes and claims, and contribute to a proactive, compliant service approach.
We offer full training, a supportive team environment, and benefits including a 25 days holiday entitlement, Health & Wellbeing plan and a company pension. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.
