What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience post-education in insurance sales, insurance agency, or customer service
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
• Willigness to work Monday-Friday in our Dublin City Centre office

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Package: Base + Commission + Bonus
• Base Salary: Early to mid-30s range
• Commission: Performance-based, no limits, paid monthly
• Bonus: Paid quarterly
• Earning Potential: Average Year 1 €47,000+ Year 2 €65,000+
