Instructional Designer - Remote - EU - 4+ Months - ASAP

We're looking for a creative and curious Learning Experience Designer to join an exciting project at a prominent and global FMCG brand. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify performance needs and design engaging, learner-centred solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Design Thinking to solve learning and performance challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and develop engaging learning content using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Synthesia, and AI-powered tools.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs and business leaders to co-create learning solutions.
• Leverage AI to enhance content creation, personalization, and learner engagement.
• Continuously explore new learning technologies, trends, and best practices.

Important Requirements

• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Experience using Synthesia or similar AI video generation platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance learning design, content creation, and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking and learner-centred design principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based learning practices.

Contract details for the role

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Unti EOY with an option to extend.
• Location. Remote in Europe
• Agreement: 40 hours per week. Independent contractor/Freelance
