Institutional RFP Specialist

A global investment management firm based in the city is looking for a RFP Specialist for an initial 9 month contract role.

This role communicates with sales, product and marketing specialists, with exposure to the firm's full product range and regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Writing request for proposals for potential clients and responding to DDQ requests
2. Ensuring the products are accurately reflected with key consultants, writing new content and editing investment pieces
3. Participating in RFP team initiatives and projects where appropriate
4. Proactively helping the team and mentoring junior team members

This position is ideal for an RFP Writer with 2-5 years previous experience working in RFP roles with investment management firms.
