A leading international law firm is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor (Partner) to join its established restructuring practice in Birmingham. This full time role involves acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, and corporate stakeholders on contentious and non contentious matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct for insolvency practitioners, lenders, private equity houses, directors, corporates, and stakeholders across a broad spectrum of contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
Provide expert advice on complex restructuring and insolvency cases, including both transactional and contentious work.
Support the continued expansion of a growing national practice, collaborating with corporate, banking, real estate, and disputes teams to generate cross referral opportunities.
QualificationsApplications are sought from Partners and ambitious Legal Directors seeking partnership who can demonstrate a strong track record of advising on complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Experience of business development and client relationship management will be essential, together with the ability to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
- Significant experience advising on corporate insolvency and restructuring matters
- Strong technical expertise across both contentious and transactional insolvency work
- An established network within the insolvency and restructuring market
- A proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to business development
- The ambition to play a key role in the continued expansion of a growing national practice
