Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor 2-5 PQE €85,000-€110,000

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join the Dublin office of a highly regarded international law firm. Our client is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor with between two and five years' post qualification experience to complement a well established and ambitious team. This is an outstanding platform for an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor who is looking to work on complex, cross border mandates alongside leading practitioners in the field.

The Role
  • Advise on corporate insolvency, restructuring and recovery matters across a variety of sectors
  • Act for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, creditors, and corporate clients
  • Assist on formal insolvency procedures including examinations, receiverships and liquidations
  • Support cross border restructuring transactions and international insolvency proceedings
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and advise on enforcement strategies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives
The Person
  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in insolvency and/or restructuring
  • Experience gained within a respected commercial law firm environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish insolvency legislation and procedure
  • Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively within a team
  • Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ambition to develop a long term career within a leading international firm
