Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor - Partner, 10+ PQE, Surrey, up to £Market Rate.

The Role

The appointed Insolvency & Restructuring Partner will lead on providing strategic and commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering expert legal guidance on formal and informal insolvency processes, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies, and turnaround solutions. As a Partner, you will be expected to play a key role in shaping and growing the department's practice - developing new client relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities for cross referral and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal guidance on formal and informal insolvency processes, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies, and turnaround solutions.
• Play a key role in shaping and growing the department's practice by developing new client relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities for cross referral and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience in insolvency and restructuring.
• Strong track record in complex, high value contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
• Proven experience leading matters and delivering commercially focused solutions in fast paced environments.
